Certified Belayer

Had to skip church today to go for a rock climbing belayer course to help out with BB cares next week. Had theory lesson for the first hour or so and then went to climb the rock wall. Each of us had to climb once and belay once. They also mande us wear special, tight fitting rock climbing shoes that was supposed to increase your climbing capability. Personally, I do not like climbing with those shoes on but Jerry and Nicholas loved it. Had a one an quarter hour lunch break. After that, we went back to do more climbing at the more challenging rock walls.. It was tiring and our fingers were aching badly.

When the activity ended, the instructor gave us a card or certificate each to show that we have completed the belaying course. Went to 7-11 after that and took a bus home.
