The chances of life.

I saw this on TV and thought it might be good to share.

What are the chances of you here?

Firstly, the earth that formed needs to be in the "Goldilocks position". An area around the sun suitable for life. A very slim area.

Secondly, all the elements necessary for life to take place must be on earth. The iron, carbon.. etc. And all leftover matter from stars.

Earth needs to gather an atmosphere and needs enough gas circulating around it.

Liquid water needs to be present. Meaning alot of water containing asteroid impacts.

The spark that triggered the first unicellular life forms.. um.. a very unlikely event.

Evolution taking place.. Sea animals walking on land and land animals going into sea.. Another unlikely event. Seriously.. How many of you would go into the sea and hope your fingers develop into flippers and started mating in the water and become an underwater human race?

More evolution. Single celled organisms becoming more complex like animals and such.

Death of the dinosaurs. We do not want them around here today don't we? A real life Jurassic park? No thanks. And honestly speaking, what are the chances of us getting hit by an asteriod huge enough to wipe out all those big creatures? Something else must have happened cause other animals didn't die from the impact... if you know what I mean.

Evolution of apes into humans.

Expanding of population. Not really an unlikely event but population is increasing rapidly.

Chances of 2 random people meeting, falling in love and conceiving.. out of 6 billion people?

If it wasn't for you already here today, we would never have thought it was possible.

And true enough, it's hard to imagine someone who's never been here before lol.. like your children..

Enough said..
